Study Bug

Support

Study Bug is made by one person, and that person reads every email. Write in and you'll usually hear back within a few days:

Cancel or change your plan

Apple bills Study Bug Pro, so you manage it in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

  1. 1Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. 2Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. 3Choose Study Bug and tap Cancel Subscription.
Open your subscriptions

Get a refund

Apple handles payments and refunds for everything bought in the app, including Amber. Ask Apple on its report a problem page; we can't issue refunds ourselves.

Report a problem to Apple

Restore purchases

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple ID, open the paywall or the Amber store and tap Restore purchases.

Delete your account and data

This erases your progress, answers, saved items, Amber balance and purchase record, then resets the app on your phone. It can't be undone, and it doesn't cancel a subscription.

Can't open the app any more? Email kumbasarabidinalp@gmail.com with the name you used in the app and roughly when you installed it, and we'll delete your data for you within 30 days.

  1. 1Open Study Bug and go to the Bugsy tab.
  2. 2Tap Settings, then Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm.

Report a mistake in a question

We'd like to know. Email us a screenshot of the question, or the world and level it's in, and what looks wrong. Fixes go out with the next content update.
